Grappa di Vernaccia
Grappa
It comes from the Vernaccia grape: the pomaces of the queen of Sinis. A surprisingly soft and delicate grappa, to drink at the end of a meal or as a treat for the palate at the end of the day.

Grappa di Vernaccia
Colour
Amber, resulting from the refining in small barrels of intense and bright chestnut.
Scent
Notes of chestnut honey and amaretto, butter, coffee and quince jelly.
Taste
Intense, powerful and enveloping that goes from a sea perfume to delicate bitter almond.
Curiosities
The Grappa is exclusively obtained from the distillation of pomaces of Vernaccia grapes, the result of an accurate processing and a long ageing process in refined Sardinian chestnut barrels, some of which are over 100 years old (used for decades to age the Vernaccia wine).
