Engaging nose, like all Maison Carta gins, the signature is Mediterranean scrub and aromatic herbs, together with spicy notes of nutmeg and sweeter tones of butter and vanilla.
On the palate it is soft, round and warm, very enveloping and structured, able to involve the whole palate and subjugate in the very long persistence of toasted notes.
