50 ml Pigskin, 100 ml Fever-Tree Indian tonic and a coffee bean to garnish.


Gin & Tonic is the long drink par excellence; a cocktail that was invented in India for the first time by the English army in the 18th century. Its preparation seems extremely simple, but the result can be very different depending on the ingredients used in mixing. Using a large or tall and narrow wine glass, add ⅚ ice cubes and Pigskin followed by fresh Fever-Tree Indian tonic water. Complete your drink with a few coffee beans. The garnish you choose has to give colour and fragrance to your drink. It shouldn’t alter its taste but emphasizes its nuances.
