Enveloping, recalling bunches of aromatic herbs. Rosemary, thyme, santolina, sage and eucalyptus vie for attention, accompanied by orange peel, tamarind and cloves.
Taste
Dry but enveloping, strong and inviting, with an incisive bitter note and a very long citrus peel finish.
