Aperitif Aspide Spritz is the demonstration of how borders do not exist. On the one hand it recalls the aperitif at the base of the famous Venetian cocktail loved all over the world, on the other it encloses in its coils the scents and flavors of Sardinia, which it brings to the nose and palate, opening up in an overwhelming and original way.

Appearance
An intense and bright strawberry-juice colour.
Aroma
The nose gives off citrus groves and Mediterranean scrub together with smooth cinnamon. Very light touches of resin and pine nuts.
Taste
Lively, tantalising and enthralling, with a subtle bitter note and an unmistakable savoury hint. There is a prolonged aftertaste of blood orange and zest.
