
His son, Elio, is the firm's General Manager. Besides having a
great managerial ability and a first-hand knowledge of production-related
problems, in 1972 Elio obtained a degree from the Conegliano Veneto
Technical Institute of Enology. The success of the firm is based on
its people, since it is still family-run today and it avails itself
of the contribution of external personnel, specialised and trained within the firm.
